My wife and I went out to dinner in a posh nosh dining establishment last night. A short while into our main course, the waitress came over and asked how we were enjoying our meal. "Well" Mildred answered "Very nice thank you. Complements to the chef. The meat is tender and moist with the vegetables having an al dente crisp bite."
"And you sir" the waitress continued. "How did you find the pork belly?"
"Oh" I replied. "About twenty years ago while on holiday on the beach at Margate."
